Emmanuel Akrong

Director – Financial Services & Research

Emmanuel leads our financial services and corporate finance advisory unit, advising on capital structure, credit risk, M&A, and investment strategies. With extensive experience in the financial sector across Canada, the US, and Ghana, he specializes in IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and Canadian GAAP, focusing on financial instruments and derivatives. Emmanuel is a CPA & CA-Canada, CPA-US, FCCA-UK, with degrees in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and Business from the University of Ghana.

Aisha Al Mansoori

Director – Energy, Health and Public Sector

Aisha leads energy, health, and public sector engagements in the Middle East, focusing on project management and solution delivery to the highest standards. Her expertise includes transformation, technology projects, cost optimization, and revenue management. Previously, she held senior roles at Accenture and Ernst & Young, contributing to major projects like the UAE Nuclear plant and Noor Abu Dhabi Solar PV. A nominated high-performing Emirati, Aisha serves on government boards and teaches at Abu Dhabi University. She holds a Master's in Engineering Management from Abu Dhabi University/Imperial College London and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah.

Sheikha Al Mheiri

Partner

Sheikha Al Mheiri, a seasoned entrepreneur, brings a visionary approach to business advisory rooted in her extensive executive experience across family offices, corporate ventures, and new venture development. Notably, she founded MAD Hospitality, a prominent F&B group in the UAE with operations across the Middle East. Under her leadership, businesses have thrived, reflecting her dedication to growth. She passionately mentors startups and SMEs, advocating for ambitious pursuits and the value of perseverance.

Robert Laryea

Managing Partner

Robert leads our organization, advising on finance structuring and business services for SMEs and government institutions in the Middle East & Africa. With senior finance roles in multinational corporations, his expertise spans finance transformation, investments, and corporate restructuring. Robert has led technology-driven finance projects and established shared services across EMEA. He holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, is an ACCA Fellow, and has an MBA from the University of Wales and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Ghana.

Martin Duben

Director – Business Intelligence & Transformation Solutions

Martin leads our business intelligence and transformation solutions, specializing in finance and business technology initiatives including BI, Big Data, and automation technologies like RPA, AI, and OCR. He manages client relationships and services in the UK and Eastern Europe across various sectors like e-commerce and Financial Services. Previously, Martin was a Finance Director in the Middle East and Africa, driving significant automation projects. He is an ACCA Fellow, holds an MSc in Business Administration from Comenius University, and a Black Belt Certification from PwC, Amsterdam.
